SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.


PROCESSING TIME

96worldwide drops are made-to-order.

Allow 2–3 business days for production after you place your order. Once your piece is produced, it ships from our fulfillment partner.


SHIPPING TIME

Standard delivery: 5–10 business days from when your order ships.

Delivery times vary by destination:
  - North America: 5–8 business days
  - Europe / UK: 7–12 business days
  - Asia / Australia / Rest of world: 8–14 business days

Delays beyond our control (carrier issues, customs holds, weather, holidays) may extend these timelines.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT charged by your country's customs office.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. 96worldwide is not responsible for any customs charges.

Before ordering internationally, check your country's import rules.


TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate in the carrier's system.

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, email lenxlabs@gmail.com.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at lenxlabs@gmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship at no cost to you.

Note: packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please:
  1. Check with neighbors / building reception / mail room
  2. Wait 48 hours (sometimes packages are scanned early)
  3. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
  4. If still unresolved, email us — we'll help where we can, but we cannot reship packages confirmed delivered.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for reshipping at the rate calculated for your destination.


ORDER CHANGES

Address changes can be made within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing lenxlabs@gmail.com. After production begins, address changes are no longer possible.
