RETURN POLICY

96worldwide drops are made-to-order. Each piece is produced after you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please read this policy in full before ordering.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing or printing error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at lenxlabs@gmail.com with:

  - Your order number
  - A clear photo of the defect or damage
  - A description of the issue

We will reship the item at no cost to you. No returns required, no restocking fees, no questions asked.

What qualifies as defective:
  - Misprinted graphics
  - Visible stitching defects
  - Holes, tears, or fabric damage on arrival
  - Wrong item shipped (different product than ordered)
  - Wrong size shipped (different size than ordered)


WRONG SIZE ORDERED

We provide detailed size guides on every product page. Please measure and reference the size chart before ordering.

If you order the wrong size, the order is not eligible for return, exchange, or reship. Take your time before checkout.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation within the 1-hour window, email lenxlabs@gmail.com immediately with your order number.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  - Wash & wear damage (incorrect care, machine drying, etc.)
  - Buyer's remorse / change of mind
  - Wrong size ordered (see above)
  - Lost packages after delivery confirmation
  - Damage caused by customs inspection
